Current Role: Gad is a member of Pricing & Revenue Management practice. He is involved with projects related to Revenue Management & Pricing product implementations and strategic business consulting. Gad provides advisory to C-level global airline leadership teams while functioning as a liaison with clients for medium to large projects. He now leads consulting initiatives across Africa to provide value to Airlines in the region.
Client Experience: Gad has worked with global carriers in Africa, Asia and India developing strategies to maximize revenue and apply industry best practices across commercial groups. His areas of expertise revolve around Revenue Management, group management, RM O&D, Organization Structure, Commercial Management, SPA’s, Network Planning, and KPIs/Reporting.
Education: A certified multi-engine private pilot, Gad has a Masters of Business from Aston Business School in Birmingham, United Kingdom and undergraduate studies Embry- Riddle Aeronautical University in Florida, United States.
Other Experience: Prior to joining consulting, Gad held positions at Southwest Airlines, America’s largest domestic airline, in Network Planning and Revenue Management. Gad’s career includes Network Planning experience at Continental Airlines and Arik Air in Nigeria.
