AviaDev Real Estate will take place on Wednesday 14 June.
Taking place in between the Africa Hospitality Investment Forum and AviaDev Africa, AviaDev Real Estate will bring to the forefront the opportunities for Airport Real Estate.
Traditionally, African airports have been reliant on aeronautical revenues. However, to build resilience and ensure long term prosperity it is vital to identify additional revenue streams. Currently, only 4% of African airport revenue is derived from real-estate revenue which may include leasing or selling the surrounding owned land for hotels, retail, F&B, Cargo etc. AviaDev Real Estate will connect African airports to investors, finance institutions, real estate developers and hotel operators to develop the land, maximise the revenue potential and ultimately increase the airports appeal to new airline carriers and the destination.
